Trillingsmechanisme van inkjetprinter:
Over het algemeen bestaat het uit piëzo -elektrische keramiek en rijstaven. Door hoogfrequente elektrische excitatie produceren piëzo-keramiek hoogfrequente ultrasone trillingen (boven 60 kHz of hoger), die aan de drijfstang wordt overgedragen en hoogfrequente micro-verplaatsing (heen en weer expansie) aan de voorkant genereert.
Piëzo -keramiekcomponenten Functies :
1. Hoge trillingsamplitude en kan een hoger vermogen weerstaan.
2. Het product heeft een hoge betrouwbaarheid, sterke onderhoudbaarheid en is niet eenvoudig af te breken of offline.
3. De frequentie kan in een breed bereik worden aangepast, meestal binnen het bereik van 10 kHz.
